Principal’s message

We can say with great joy that it has indeed grown from a seedling into a tree that has not only sheltered thousands of youngsters but has also moulded them into great personalities The college has ever since followed a narrative of openness keeping the access to higher education equitable and affordable to the underprivileged, the marginalized and the deserving.

As far as strength of students is concerned, the College can boast of having the highest number of students (in the colleges of the central Gujarat). The strength of students in the college has increased from mere 200 hundred in 1969 to 3800 in 2021.

Under my leadership and as a team working together the college is emerging as a leader in its value education programme. The institution imparts value based education with its core values upholding human dignity, inculcating a sense of patriotism, fostering global competencies, promoting ethical values and achieving excellence in education. The institution is trying its best to create a society free from lust for money, power, corruption, and crimes against human life as well as against nature. There is no doubt that C & S.H. Desai Arts and L.K.L. Doshi Commerce College, Balasinor has contributed a lot in the holistic development of the students of this economical and socially backward area. I feel privileged to lead such a vibrant College that offers extensive opportunities.
